YOURasp offers telephone technical support between the hours of 08:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Support is available outside of office hours via voicemail and email mechanisms, so please log your call and our technical team will respond as soon as practicable. For any support arising from service faults within YOURasp, there is no charge. For support of any issues beyond our control, we apply a charge of $40.00 per 15 minute block, with a minimum charge of $40.00 payable.

General Support Rate: $160 per hour
